Recuerda a las maestras de la escuela, era muy buenas. En Corella había escuela pública mixta y también privada de monjas. Pilar fue a la escuela pública, se portaban bien sino les castigaban. Aprendieron todas las asignaturas en un mismo libro, la enciclopedia. Cuando salían al patio tenían que cantar el "Cara al Sol".
