En Lerín había una taberna pequeña "el Valentinillo", era un lugar para merendar. Había otras tabernas donde iban los hombres para que los contrataran para trabajar. En las casas que vendían vino ponían una bandera "colorada", así sabían que se podía "chiquitear".
