Las fiestas patronales eran el día de la Asunción el quince de agosto, en la víspera echaban el cohete. Duraban siete u ocho días, traían buenas orquestas y a la gente del pueblo le gustaba mucho bailar en la plaza. Había vacas durante todo el día, los albañiles se encargaban de hacer los tablados del encierro.
