Colaboraba en el trabajo de campo y muchas veces le tocaba deshijar, quitar las parras, limpiar el trigo, escardar y dar manadas. Explica cómo se hacían las manadas de trigo, haciendo fajos. También iba a vendimiar y ella lo hacía con gancho. Casi ninguna chica continuaba con sus estudios.
