Description

La matanza del cerdo era un día de fiesta. Entre cuatro hombres y el matarife sujetaban al animal con unos ganchos y luego lo mataban con un cuchillo. El veterinario les recomendaba no comer hasta hacer la prueba de triquina. Las mujeres se encargaban de separar las tripas para hacer los chorizos y las morcillas. Había costumbre de dar un Presente de la matanza a quienes les ayudaban.
