Description

En esa época solían comer de todo y en abundancia, tal vez en otras casas no hubo una alimentación tan buena como la que ellas tenían. Los días festivos el plato distinguido era el pollo, patos o pichones. También comían las "tripillas" que eran los intestinos de los animales. La matanza del cerdo era un trabajo muy laborioso, sobre todo la limpieza del la parte interior del estómago.
