En la Posguerra había cartilla de racionamiento, recuerda que el aceite se compraba de estraperlo a un precio muy elevado. Uno de Barasoain se dedicaba al estraperlo. En la escuela les dieron queso y mantequilla de Argentina. Los maquis eran gente huida del régimen, recuerda que les metían mucho miedo con los rojos y los maquis.
