Description

Para la vendimia se contrataba gente del pueblo (normalmente gente que no tenia tierras ni viñas) y se les daba desayuno, comida, merienda y cena. Se les pagaba algo. Otra manera de tener gente para trabajar en éste y otros trabajos del campo era a “ordaña” que consistía en hoy trabajo para ti mañana trabajas para mi.
