El gas también fue un problema para las nuevas casas, la constructora les montó unos depósitos de gas se cargaban de vez en cuando. Algunos tubos estaban mal hechos, por ello tuvieron un conflicto con la constructora. El consumo de gas y agua lo pagaban a la constructora Laínez.
