En Adiós ha habido dos cooperativas, una se hizo en el año 1962 y la otra en 1963. Un agricultor no se puede apañar solo, la forma es compartir la maquinaria y los animales creando cooperativas agrícolas. En esa época se producía mucha oliva que se llevaba al molino de Enériz y también al trujal de Eunate.
