Matanza del cuto. La víspera cocían el arroz, freían la cebolla, preparaban las cuerdas, las hagas, las ollagas, el banco, los cuchillos… A la mañana mataban al cuto y almorzaban. La mondonguera iba al río a lavar las tripas. Hacían las morcillas. Cómo hacían el chorizo, las longanizas, etc.
