En la víspera de San Juan hacían hogueras. En Semana Santa venían frailes a confesar que les llamaban para cumplir con la Pascua. Todo el mundo iba porque era obligatorio. Cuando se cruzaban con el cura por la calle le saludaban diciendo "Ave María Purísima". También se hacía vigilia los viernes.
