Rita empezó tarde la escuela por una enfermedad que tuvo. Iban chicos y chicas juntos y los maestros eran muy buenos. Aprendían todo de un mismo libro. Los castigaban poniéndoles de rodillas o con dos libros, era muy duro. Estudió hasta los 14 años.
