Empezaron su noviazgo siendo mayores y estuvieron menos de dos años de novios. Hicieron las amonestaciones tres veces en el púlpito y los familiares les daban la enhorabuena. Se casaron en Murillo y comieron en su misma casa. Fueron de viaje de novios a fiestas de Bilbao.
