Juez de paz había antes y hay ahora. Cuando él estuvo de depositario le tocó ejercer de juez de paz. Una vez que llegaron unos cazadores del norte sin permiso ni nada tuvo que ponerles él una sanción ejerciendo de juez de paz. Normalmente este juez mediaba en las disputas entre vecinos y familiares para que se arreglasen.
