Description

El día de la matanza del cerdo su padre preparaba el banco para sujetar el animal. Su madre ayudaba con la sangre para las morcillas. Con oyagas le quemaban la piel para pelarlo con un cuchillo y agua caliente. Después colgaban al cerdo, lo partían para hacer los mondongos y los embutidos.
