Description

En la matanza del cerdo venía un matachín que normalmente solía ser un familiar. Cogían el cerdo con un gancho, las mujeres se encargaban de hacer las morcillas con la sangre. El cerdo se colgaba en canal y lo troceaban. Ese día hacían un almuerzo con una parte del animal.
