Description

El día de la matanza el matarife mataba y desangraba al cerdo sobre un banco rústico mientras los otros lo sujetaban. Luego la mondonguera del pueblo hacía el despiece. Se le pagaba en especie o con dinero. No recuerda que se dieran presentes de la matanza.
