Description

Mataban un cerdo al año en casa. El padre era el matarife del pueblo. Empezaba a matar de madrugada; le costaba una hora matar y abrir el cerdo. A las tardes volvía a descuartizar después de que habían oreado el cerdo. Cobraba en función del peso del cerdo. Esperaban el análisis del veterinario para comer.
