Description

Tenían cerdos en casa, aunque el día de la matanza llevaban el cerdo al matadero para que los carniceros lo mataran y lo trocearan. Las mondongueras preparaban los embutidos que conservaban en sal. Daban presentes del cerdo a los vecinos y familiares.
