With the rapid development of the Internet, the construction of information infrastructure is constantly improving and popularizing, and information management and service work is also underway. However, due to the scattered distribution of Chinese cultural resources and the lack of uniform standards, there are still information islands in many parts of the country. Cultural sites are a new area in the research of resource database construction in my country in recent years. Research on the construction of cultural sites resource database is an important measure to protect and inherit intangible heritage. GIS is an important part of information technology and a processing tool that can collect, store, update, analyze, and output spatial data. On the basis of this technology, the cultural heritage park has also ushered in new development opportunities. This article uses questionnaire survey and data analysis methods to study the connection between GIS and the data construction of smart resources in cultural relics parks, and aims to break through the existing research work on the data construction of smart resources in cultural relics parks. According to the survey results, only 7 of the 90 interviewees indicated that there is no need to develop smart resource data construction in cultural heritage parks, and most of the interviewed citizens believe that it is necessary to develop smart resource data construction in cultural heritage parks.
