The protection of intangible cultural heritages is the one of people's focuses in recent years, tourism development is also an effective way to protect intangible cultural heritages. To protect intangible cultural heritages and develop tourism better, a case of tourism development model of intangible cultural heritages is discussed here. Chengde of China is very rich in intangible cultural heritage resources, the article analyzes the importance of tourism development of intangible cultural heritage first, after that analyzes all kinds of intangible cultural heritage resources of Chengde and the tourism values of intangible cultural heritage resources. Finally, the result presented in the article is to put forward the whole development layer and the concrete development models of different tourism resources of intangible cultural heritages. That will be essential to the protection of intangible cultural heritage resources and the tourism development of Chengde.
