World Food Day is celebrated since 1979 on October the sixteenth. Malnutrition and undernutrition do not belong solely to poor countries, but also to so called rich ones, which present problems caused by excesses, and bad choosing and combination of food included in the diet. Spanish and most specially Andalusian diets, traditional epitomes of the Mediterranean diet, are at risk of forgetting good nutritional habits in favor of industrial or fast food, less healthy by far.
