    Contexte

    Gazta zaharra. Se hacía con el queso que empezaba a madurar; lo picaban y lo metían en un puchero. Cuando ha madurado, se coge un poco y se amasa. Unos le echan leche, pero su madre no. Si estaba seco, le añadía una gota de aceite.
