In order to improve the management efficiency of intangible cultural heritage, this paper designs an online management information system of intangible cultural heritage. Firstly, we use semantic ontology to realize the semantic disclosure and organization of related resources and their relationships. Then, according to the construction principle of cidoc-crm knowledge model, the process of cidoc-crm knowledge organization and related data set construction is given. Finally, a knowledge management model of digital archives resources based on semantic ontology is established by using prot é g é, and the application of ontology and information description technology in the field of knowledge organization and management of intangible cultural heritage is verified by case analysis. The results show that the designed management system can effectively improve the management efficiency of intangible cultural heritage.
